Lovely report and photos. We booked a stay back in 1996, and unfortunately had to cancel the trip. We're coming over early Oct and thinking about righting that wrong.... thinking two nights - do you think that's enough?
Not sure what the weather will be like in Oct, but google pretty much shows high teens (c) and a few wet days.
