Have hit my $5k spend as well as my $5k credit limit on this card. Statement won't close for a few more weeks. Any problem leaving the balance or paying it down? Your choice. The only potential problem you might run into by leaving the balance on the card (until it's due) is if you wanted to apply for another card while you had the card maxed. Otherwise, pay on schedule or pay early - up to you.
