I called the 1K desk. They did some investigation and called the airport helpdesk. Eventually the conclusion is that UA.COM placed me on the PD upgrade list instead of PB.
so, was there any indication on your reservation? Something like "pz requested" instead of "upgrade requested"? How can such a thing happen? And what is the PD list for?
