I don't consider JFK-HEL or HEL-JFK a night flight, do you? Also, if the layover was 7h then that means HEL-HKG wasn't a night flight, either.
Edited to add - apologies but I've assumed you mean redeye and not "landing the next day". Perhaps I'm mistaken.
