A baggage storage facility should open within an unspecified time period. I don't know if the same company with Atatürk Airport would do the job but there would be one soon. If you tried first going to the lounge and then leaving your bags in the lockers over there, and if you have discovered the path from the departures level to the arrivals level; you would be able to store your bags until your next flight at the lounge. That's the only advise that I could give to you.
Thanks for the info, but with the delay in deplaning, we had to get to the meeting point for our tour. Posted this information for others who may have a layover and leaving the airport. So disappointed, no arrival lounge, no Bosphorus Experience, no TourIstanbul, no luggage storage, no working wifi on older A330. Lesson learned.
