As has been said if you look at the timetable a number of BA A380's arrive in to LHR by 7am and then looking at the departures there are the middle of the day ones to the USA but then again you get the departures to the Far East and South Africa meaning you will get some sitting all day at LHR.
Afternoon tea time at Galleries T5B can often be a good time for some A380 spotting, one can also be creative with the cucumber from the salad and the bread and pre-filled sandwiches.
