I used Lyft for the first time the other day (I normally use Uber if I can't get a ride from friends/family). One nice thing about it is that it seems to auto-cancel if there's a closer driver than the one originally assigned. However, that might have been just a coincidence; I'll need to ride more to see if that happens consistently.
As for the ride itself, it seemed the same as any other rideshare service. I guess I'm fortunate in that I haven't had any major issues with any of my rides.
