I get the option to get a refund in the form of an ETC, but it requires a mailing address for this - does this mean the new ETC will be actually MAILED (and not eMailed) to me? I wouldn't count on it being mailed or e-mailed. A customer service agent will be able to look it up from your account. If you have the PNR of the cancelled reservation, that would likely make it easier for them.
