Downgrading on a rental
Hi all
I've got currently booked a Mercedes Vito Tourer from LHR to BRS as we are potentially looking to travel with some relatives.
However in the event they're not coming/needing to travel with us, how likely is it that I would be able to downgrade that rental to something smaller?
I don't want to do another booking as anything remotely decent is much more expensive in any case.
I'm President's Club if that means anything.
