There is no Terminal 0 (despite the thread title) because there is no landside access. It will just be a new concourse for Terminal 1. And yes, this will replace most of Park One lot and the current north vehicle entrance to the loop.
Terminal 9 will replace Delta facility and the Eagle's Nest.
This footnote explains the basic timing of all the projects... T9 won't start construction until after MSC South is working because LAWA will have to maintain the same number of gates available for AA to use.
