Am I correct that the B2B flight leaving Heathrow at 12.55pm would be BA438. If so I know this is the most foolproof method but I've got the added complication of a
MAN-LHR to add too. As I'm so risk averse I was considering the following combo.which would leave me with the option of a later MAN-LHR flight if BA1387 went tec or something.
Any thoughts?
If you get delayed MAN-LHR, causing a misconnect LHR-AMS you may help a helpful agent in LHR to allow you to start your ex-EU from LHR.
Although there is precedence, it's not policy and comes to who you get on the day. Previous reports have suggested the ones in the lounges to be more willing to accomodate.

I'd personally go from MAN-LHR the night before.
