Interesting turn of events...
I had a response today from my reply about the 2500 Avios "compensation" they are now calling it, saying that they would not increase it as any airline would not be able to guarantee a customers seat preference on a flight.
So, I have again replied saying that they have completely missed the very first 2 lines of the original communication, that the footstool was broken, and I was unable to sleep in a flat bed on a long haul flight as it was not a flat bed, well only 2/3 of it was.
So, 2500 was a sorry for not having my preferred seat, wherever that came from. Lets see what comes back this time...
