I believe the CS rep is incorrect, w.r.t the middle 3 seats. Only the ABC & HJK blocks are counted as exit row and 30E is indeed a bassinet.

Here's a link to a recent thread on FlyerTalk where a 788->789 swap caused some difficulties as it goes from 2 bassinets in Y to just 1 bassinet, and you may note that the OP reports in post 15 that they were able to take 30E:
