PNR and BP information content are an industry-wide standard form (although there are some free field areas), so would not expect any change in these for this corner case situation. If UA decided to go cardless, the virtual card or reporting via *A system based on your MP account would be more likely approaches.
Worth noting that in all *A, there are only two carriers (UA and AC) which offer paid lounge access subscriptions that grant *A lounge access. So I can see why it's not risen to the level of alliance-wide BP coding.
