If you have an address in England, can easily deal with it using MCOL ; there is little chance that it would try to defend it once clearly detailed with the evidence that you have read terms etc and can reference it
AA does seem to be one of the carriers that is reluctant to pay up under EC261
Just do make sure that you have initially lodged a claim at
[email protected] and had it rejected there first
