MR referrals for multiples of same card?
I have two vanilla Plats (applied for one, other was converted from MB). Is the limit of 55K MR/year for referrals from both Plats, or is it 55K per Plat?

A related question: Is the limit 55K/year combined for all MR cards (Plat, Gold, BPP, etc)?
