Just had breakfast here. I think my wife's comment upon leaving just about sums it up. She not one that would typically use expletives in these situations.
"That was dreadful. United is not doing themselves any favors."
What made it dreadful:
- cold: literally
- cold: aesthetic
- cold: food
- cold: coffee
- slow: service
- bad: omlette
- bad: coffee
- bad: cappuccino
The hands down best thing of the meal was a properly toasted English muffin of all things.
