This post combines AC 63 YVR-ICN and AC 64 ICN-YVR - March 2019

* AC's current obsession with shellfish was on full display: AC 63 and 64 had shellfish appetizers, followed by my YVR-YYZ, also with a shellfish appetizer. It's ridiculous. So I take photos and then send the dish back to the kitchen. Must be fun for those with shellfish allergies or for those who also don't eat it.

Well, the apples from the lobster appetizer became useful again, balancing out the greens which are bitter.

The bibimbap was excellent again.

The bread bun was interesting and different. Tasty as well

The cheeses ex-ICN are very different in both texture and taste. They have some interesting flavours.

I love the apples ex-NRT and ex-ICN. Fruit was ripe and flavourful.

The cheesecake was a bit fluffy, not dense and not overly sweet.
