I booked 4 award nights at the Andaz Maui yesterday afternoon over the phone with Hyatt before changes took effect. Hotel confirmed the reservation, but the 100,000 points (old rate) are still in my account and the reservation detail shows the stay now requires 120,000 for 4 nights. I booked a hotel that was going up the day before the changes and the points were correctly debited. The reservation confirmation email doesn't mention the amount of points deducted but the "my activity" section of WOH does. The online reservation changed yesterday and now shows the new amount of points (i.e. 20K instead of 15K).
