I've tried most of the lounges at BKK and EVA Air's is my favorite. Not too crowded late at night, good food and drinks (including fresh coconuts!), massage chairs, showers, and an atmosphere very different than any other *A lounge. Unless you have a sensitivity to neon lighting, you should definitely give it a try! And you can always hit a nearby Thai Airways Royal Silk Lounge, too, for great food but dated decor with uncomfortable seating.
