In case anyone’s curious, looks like there are 2-night minimums when checking in on Fridays or Saturdays in November (I had asked about one night on November 22-23).

Hotaru 240,000 JPY per night per stay
23rd November 2019 - 1night
Susuki 320,000 JPY per night per stay
Nara 330,000 JPY per night per stay
Kaede 340,000 JPY per night per stay
Hotaru 360,000 JPY per night per stay
