Frankfurt Airport offers a number of transfer services. The service oliver2002 suggested is provided by Lufthansa and less expensive than any that Frankfurt Airport offers. I think the LH Guide Service is the best option in this case because they can contact the gate to let them know you are on your way. Frankfurt Airport's service might be useful if you have to change terminals but in your case you only need to go upstairs from A to Z.
