I am also generally positive about this, with the proviso that it's important to actually get into the seat to really understand it. I'm someone who actually likes the existing CW seat, so for me it's quite a high bar to improve on it. So I prefer existing CW over CX's A350 seating, for example. I'm a bit concerned about the foot coffin aspect, but that's where seeing is believing, hopefully. But yes, on the face of it BA seems to be doing something positive for its position in the market - which is more about how BA compares to Delta, Lufthansa, Air France and KLM than anyone else.
PS: BA, if you're reading this, note to the Intern: you better get the Toronto lounge sorted and pristine by October!
