What the heck is going on? First, thanks to solewalker for providing the numbers above. I just tried calling the US number (888) 344-9288 (which is similar to the number I tried first that was listed on the Hyatt website), and this number doesn't ring either. I don't have international calling on my phone.
I tried dialing an unrelated number to make sure it's not my phone. All good on my end.
What is happening over at WoH regarding their phone lines?
