The city is just in shambles which is why I and many others are leaving. I won't even drive to the Four Seasons anymore because you have to drive through so many panhandlers and the squeegee boys.
Off topic but not sure I share you sentiment on how horrible Baltimore has become! Yes, the city has issues but so do a lot of other larger cities. If you are complaining about panhandlers and people on the streets maybe you should not go to NYC, LA, SF, etc. etc. Sadly it's becoming more and more prevalent everywhere.
Back on topic...Foreman Wolf restaurants are generally pretty good IMHO. The location that now houses Bar Vasquez used to be a tapas bar that was great but for some unknown reason they changed the concept.
