I think you need to keep in mind that this seemingly very complex table applies to only three inbound TG flights from BKK, and that we are by definition talking about a T1-T1 transfer if you're transferring to an NH operated flight. So most of that very complex table is completely irrelevant. And most importantly, that NH sells TG676 as NH5956.
So: 45 minutes.
More generally, I've found that the EF MCT tables' list of "Standard" MCTs are generally not applicable to I-I transfers at various carriers' Asian hubs. The real MCTs are usually in the flight specific detail sections.
