I added a new authorized user to my CSR online over the weekend. I called today to request a Priority Pass (PP) card for my authorized user. The Chase Rep said that the PP would automatically be sent out within 3 weeks. Is that accurate or did I get a misinformed Chase Rep?
Assuming you already had a PP card for yourself, that should be accurate. That's what happened when I added my wife as an AU little less than a year ago.
