I was in the Dubai on a similar schedule, but I had 2 days in Dubai and 5 in Jordan. I wish I would've spent all 7 of my days in Jordan. Much more exciting, more things to see and people friendlier.
Spend some time in the Wadi Rum, do yourself a favor.
