Iberia worst customer service ever
I have been trying to get a refund for one month from Iberia because they took money out of my account for Internet service which never worked on a flight from Madrid to New York. I was OK with the food that was inedible. But when I complained to the steward about the lack of Wi-Fi he assured me that no one had any, it wasnt available and that Iberia didn't take the money, but if they did, they would refund it. What a joke. They refused to help me over the phone, when I actually get through. Their website is almost impossible to navigate I sent in a form but never heard another word I'm sure it's floating around in cyberspace. Every email address listed on Google doesn't exist. How do they even stay in business? Ugh!
