There are many posts on which cards are not 'subject' to 5/24, which are pretty much which cards can you still get after one has exceeded the 5/24 where we are looking at it from the perspective of which cards can we get that will not be counted in the 5/24 equation (ie. BoA,Amex business cards and such).
