That does look really good, though I'm most impressed by the salad. They're still so hit-or-miss, both domestic and international. Occasionally they're fresh or even outstanding, but too many have left me wondering why they even bothered.
I've found the salads accompanying the AVML to be significantly better, on the whole, than the regular ones. Usually there is asparagus and maybe red bell pepper, and often in addition to the salad there is a vegetarian appetizer of some sort that has, a few times, been a fresh red bell pepper filled with tomatoes, cucumber, asparagus, and red onions.
