Long holds time calling Air France Award Booking?
Hi,
This is the 2nd time I have tried reaching out to Air France to get information about an award booking I want to do. I need to call as I am flying with an Infant but every time I call I have yet to talk to a human, I just sit on hold. Right now its 9:57am PT and I have been on hold for 30min. Am I calling the wrong number of is there a trick to actually talk to a human or is 1hr+ hold the norm? The number I am calling is 800 375 8723.
