I think so, but don't have it to hand.
My understanding might be outdated. I just remember HSBC telling me when I first moved to HK (2015) that my ATM card is EPS and so can't be used in overseas ATMs, and that if I wanted to withdraw cash I would have to link one of my credit cards and use that instead. I'm guessing from the posts above that this is no longer true?
