M2578Z's remarks on setting customer expectations it comes down to how they value commonality for procurement and maintenance. NW put 100-130 narrow seats each on the 319/320 subfleet (about 125 aircraft in total) to maintain coach seat commonality. Do I think DL would like to have the same PS seat on 25 350s and 35 339s? I wouldn't bet against it...
