Call LH and ask to reissue ticket with native NH flight number(s) ... [this may affect pricing as the original fare class(es) may not be available]
No upgrade allowed on Z fare. Only J, C, D. If you have D fare, then you can check to see if upgrade available. You can't waitlist. You have to keep checking.
Price the cost of buying first class fare.
