It is a lot less than 16 degrees in my bedroom at home during winter since it is below zero outside and no heating on. It is around 5 degrees I would guess, but obviously I have a thik duvet and sometimes a snuggly blanket on top. In summer it is obviously a lot warmer since we do not have airconditioning. When I am on holidays it has to be colder than outside to sleep but if it is too far from the outside temperature I am freezing and often getting ill. Strange thing. Maybe it is actually the too high temperature differences between outside and bedroom that I just cannot live with??
