For what it's worth this property is dropping from Category 2 to Category 1 when the Hyatt award chart changes kick in on March 18th.
Spent a week here in Oct 18, second stay (first stay was in June 17). Both times, I was proactively upgraded to a junior suite (good-sized suite with real proper living area, just no door). Service is excellent. Club lounge is decent, although I did get a bit bored of the fare - understandably so with a one week stay.
There's a bus stop (including airport bus) and tram stop near the hotel. There's a modern mall across the street. Hotel is about 30 min walk from downtown Belgrade.
