I'm surprised you say that about the breakfast. I've been there twice (now the last visit was 2.5 years ago), but was able to order off an menu, which I prefer more than just a buffet. The buffet is enough, it's not over the top, however I can see why it's not due to number of guests. Again, we found it to be very well done, due to being able to order different dishes and get prepared hot and fresh by the cooks.
