Flying LAX-PVG in economy, as an EXP you can take one guest with you to any of the oneworld F or J lounges at LAX (Flagship Lounge, Admirals Club, oneworld business, QF F). So the only way to get all 3 of you in a single lounge is to use one of your day passes and go to the AC.
If your upgrades clear, then all 3 of you can visit any of the lounges above except the QF F lounge (you could still go +1 guest, but one would be left out).
