The basic unit of the Finnair Plus program is the point. For scheduled flights, Finnair specifies the basis of the number of award points granted as either 1) [...], 2) [...], or 3) the minimum number of points (the booking class affects the minimum number of points) as stated in the program.
In other words, there is officially a minimum, although it doesn't (to my knowledge) say what that minimum is.

It sounds as if AA and BA earn on all QF-marketed flights except that Jetstar flights only earn if booked as part of a Oneworld Explorer ticket (or similar fare). There are plenty of reports on the AA and BA sections of FT that these flights
do post to AA and BA, so the rule seems to be correctly formulated. AY's page mentions the JQ rule but not the rule about other codeshares, but maybe you still get points? I suspect that this actually is something that QF is doing (paying to partner programmes) and that these might credit to all partner programmes.

The wording suggests that all flights marketed by JL can be credited to AA. I've not seen any reports of any test cases. If this is true, then they
maybe also post to AY+.

AY codeshares on SU credit to AA and that
AY codeshares on TF don't credit to BA. The BA report is more than five years old.

This suggests that you can earn on all codeshares except MASWings, Firefly, SNCF and anything in the MH5000 series. For example, it sounds as if the MH4618 codeshare on the EK156 service from ARN to DXB would qualify. WARNING: Other airlines list other flight number series as ineligible for mileage accrual, indicating that MH4618 can't be credited to those airlines. AY's page might just be outdated and the flight might not credit.
I suppose that the only way to find out if a codeshare on non-OW metal credits is to book one of those and see what happens.
