Could you be a bit more specific about what the Qatar problem was? Are you saying that Iberia agreed to book you on a flight to Bangkok because of a problem you encountered with Qatar? Was this some service recovery gesture or is this the same trip but booked on BA rather than Qatar? I'm a bit confused.
