5. Verification code to get on the internet will be sent in message to mobile phone filled when applied upon successful application, please take proper care of it. Such code is only used by this flight passenger and bound with his/her personal information. Safety use should be guaranteed.

6. China Eastern Airlines inflight Internet service is satellite provided network connection, please understand network blocking or interruption caused by weather, airplane location, crossing polar region, satellite switch, browser restriction, VPN restriction, etc. Currently supported system version is iOS 9 or higher, MacOs X 10.9 or higher, Android 4.4 or higher, Windows 7 or higher, supported browser is Safari 8 or higher, Chrome 42 or higher, Firefox 38 or higher, IE 11 or higher. China Eastern Airlines shall not bear liability for loss, lag or error of any data in inflight Internet service.

7. To ensure safe flight and communication, passengers should observe relevant laws and regulations of China civil aviation and communication management in using inflight Internet service and be subject to arrangement of cabin steward. Partial network application is not available in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of China communication management. China Eastern Airlines has the right to close inflight Internet service temporarily or throughout the whole process out of consideration for safe flight and communication.
