Also, the 20 W seats would be three rows of 2-2-2, plus one stand-alone pair of seats, which would fit in the current Y+ area of the 764 if you took out the closet. Finally, the 21 Y+ seats ad 163 Y seats should fit where the current 178 Y seats are, losing one row to allow for increased Y+ pitch and additional space for the W cabin.
I understand the math, but I can't imagine it being anything other than 1-1-1, a 1-1-1/1-2-1 will end up with the same seat width we have today in the 1-2-1 configuration. There would be no benefit to the refit. The biggest complaint about the 767 D1 is lack of privacy and the footwell, the only way to fix these issues is for the seat to take up more real estate.

A 1-1-1/1-2-1 would also create inconsistency in product (having throne seats and normal seats) depending on which seat you select (or reassigned in the event of a sub), this works fine for JetBlue with one fleet type, but for customers like myself consistency is a key and being reassigned from a throne to a normal seat would be very irritating.
