Who is running the Double SC credits? Is it Malaysian airlines?
Can you give me more advice on nested flights or some link for further reading? Specifically on this " You could fly to SIN on JQ, then do a SIN-KUL-BKK nested return on MH."
Also, where are you finding the points / status calculator for MH?
