Last Fri our originating flight had a 2 hr MX delay which caused us to miss our connection in Denver (the last flight of the day to our destination) so we unexpectedly had to spend the night in DEN. By default we were given a hotel room, $200/person in LUV vouchers and seats on the first flight out to our destination in the morning. It didn't bother me at the time but I'm now thinking that causing us to ultimately arrive 10+ hrs late should warrant more than a $200/person LUV voucher. Any suggestions, or does anyone have any similar experiences with delays this long?
