You used to be able to in the past. They had to recalculate the fare by hand, and it took a good 5 minutes of typing. This Included legs with stops (BOS-SFO-LAS / PHL-BOS-LAS), when mint wasn't showing as available on the entire routing (generally at a much lesser cost than it's equivalent prices out to). Or in a usual, buy a corporate ticket in coach, and then upfare to mint. Might have to get the right person on the phone, but it is totally possible.
