I picked up around 2. The National booth wasn’t too busy. There was one person in line in front of me and when I left, there were a couple of people who had just arrived. I’ve picked up on a Saturday around noon and it was much busier.

This was also a 3-day weekend, so inter-island travelers probably arrived Friday evening after work or Saturday morning.
