Note that rechecking your luggage at the transfer counter must be done 45 minutes prior to departure and the counter is closed from 11:30am to 12:45pm. You'll have to carry your luggage with you on the shuttle bus and recheck it at the Terminal 1 checkin counter in both of those cases.
