Upper Class Wing at LHR
We recently flew from LHR to Dubai as Gold in PE
Tried to access Upper Class wing at LHR and our taxi was turned away
I was told no access if in PE even as Gold only UC passengers may use

Yet we flew LHR to Hong Kong the month before as Gold in PE and was allowed to use Upper Class wing no problem

Does anyone know the rules on this please ?
