I'm afraid the total will be 108. NBO-FCO & FCO-GVA have the same flight number, which means that for the XP FB purposes it's a one (so called "direct") NBO-GVA flight... Same goes for the return. Fortunately GVA falls under Long 2, so at least your losing "only" 18 points, and not 30.
Other than that, it's a great fare.
